Buyer sends LOI.
Seller sends SCO.
Buyer sends ICPO. &  BCL.
Seller sends Contract & PI.
Buyer opens LC.
Seller starts Loading.
Seller sends all shipping documents (BL / Certifications / Insurance) to buyer's bank (copy to buyer).
Buyer's bank releases funds.
