- RADIATION: NORMAL LIMITS
CROP YEAR 2020

TRANSACTION PROTOCOL:
1. The interested buyer must issue a Letter of Intent (LOI), or Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO).
2. The seller issues a Full Corporate Offer (FCO).
3. The buyer prints, signs, seals and returns the complete FCO as a sign of acceptance and send it to the seller.
4. The seller sends a draft of the contract to the buyer for negotiations.
5. Both parties sign the final contract, after making the adjustments.
6. The buyer sends the SBLC / BG within 10 days for the value of the monthly shipments agreed upon, payable against shipping documents at the port of loading, of not sending. Within this period of time, the contract is canceled and the seller will pay 2% PB.
7. The seller sends POP (certificate of origin, SGS certificate, etc.).
8. The buyer's bank will confirm that the payment instrument is operational.
9. If necessary, the visit of the buyer is allowed in the loading port under his position.
